A review/wrap-up for Diva’s Classic Chick Flicks:

Coast 93.1’s first night of Diva’s Chick Flicks was a big success.  Listeners packed into Cinemagic Saco to relive Ghost with Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze.  When Sam says: “It’s amazing, Molly. The love inside, you take it with you. See ya.” Even the manly men in the audience got a little misty!

A success this big has many contributors and a few require special note:

  • Barb for the inspiration for the event and for committing spirit messenger Vicki Monroe for the pre-show entertainment…she was everything and more!
  • Bev and Bailey for securing the sponsors to make the Diva’s Chick Flicks possible
  • Randi for a compelling on-air promotion (and a killer promotional spot)
  • Tracy and Savannah for producing outstanding point of purchase materials and managing ticket sales
  • Steve Schneider for producing award-winning video content for the evening

Cue the Righteous Brothers…

I sent you an email but I think it was too long and did not go, I will take that as a sign that this is not a good time. Happy 2011 Vicki and please know how much your gift has helped sooo many people and how lucky we are to have you right here in Southern Maine! I just think the world of you!!

Sincerely,
M. C.

P.S. A friend lent me the book “Understanding Spirit, Understanding Yourself” by Bob Olson and yourself, I loved it!!

Just saw a program about how you aided the Portland Police Dept. in finding Amy St. Laurent.  I just wanted to let you know I’m thankful that you shared your gift and helped Amy’s family find piece.  It’s so great to know you are the “real deal” and I wish you success in all that you do.

Vicki…thanks so much for participating in our Chick Flicks event last night.  You were, in a word, A-W-E-S-O-M-E (even before you had your CoCo makeover!).  I hope you enjoyed the movie.
